Cardio Kickboxing/Fitness

The Cardio-Kickboxing/Fitness Classes are one of the most popular programs here at Kokoro Karate & Fitness Center. You can burn  800+ calories an hour in this challenging and motivating class, all while learning real Kickboxing and Karate techniques.  Not only will you get a fantastic workout but you will also learn the proper form and technique.

This class provides a fun and challenging exercise routine and is a great alternative to traditional gym workouts.

Our classes are more rewarding, energetic, progressive and technically sound than those offered anywhere else.  Our class is appropriate for beginners and advanced.

Not only is this class the most effective and enjoyable way to gain confidence and self-esteem, get into shape, and relieve stress, but it is also the only fitness alternative that allows you to learn self-defense techniques at the same time.

We offer classes 5 days a week and have both morning and evening classes available to best fit your daily schedule.
